YONKERS, N.Y. -- Antoinette Gizzo (Avellino), a longtime Yonkers resident, died at home Dec. 26. She was 59.
Gizzo was born Dec. 29, 1955 in the Bronx. For many years, she was a self-employed medical biller for Westchester County doctors.
She is survived by her husband Giovanni Gizzo; children Nick, John, and Rosanna Gizzo; and siblings Joe (Silvana) Avellino and Mary (David) Leach.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. There will be a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Annunciation Church. Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
